Learn more about what’s on your ballot! Your vote is powerful. Your vote matters. This fall, you get to vote on some important things. Two of those things are initiatives I-001 and I-638. An initiative asks if voters want to make a new law.
I-001 is about people’s rights at school. I-638 is about who gets to play school sports. Both initiatives impact our community.
You deserve information. And you deserve information that is accessible. That’s why we made a place to learn about these initiatives in plain language. Plain language is a way of explaining something so everyone can understand it.
This event is a safe space to learn and ask questions. All questions are good questions. This event will not tell you how to vote. It will help you make YOUR choice.
